Kimble is Kim VanHuss and Bill Berry, business partners with more than 30 years of accounting experience—big, small, and anywhere in between. Kimble is the diverse team of CPAs that supports them, broadly versed in tax, audit, and bookkeeping services for businesses and individual clients. As they continued to grow, they wanted to intentionally get members of their team involved and determine a collaborative and long term marketing strategy. CreativeMktGroup worked closely with leadership to put together a retreat to kick off new goals.
Issue: They needed to rethink how they were going to grow as a team and gain buy-in from the team for the future of the business and its marketing efforts.
Solution: CMG and the leadership team at Kimble worked collaboratively to outline their business goals, determine how they can cultivate closer relationships with their current clients and ultimately how to share their story of real people who are true experts. CMG conducted interviews with the entire team and analyzed their internal culture, pain points and how the team members viewed their core values. We then used that data to create an off-site, day-long retreat to kick off their new marketing plan.
