Medworks Surgical is a supplier of leading edge endoscopic technologies, providing unsurpassed service and support. Their services are available in Maryland, DC, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Since 2005, they have been highly focused on urology, gynecology, and general surgery products and services. They have a saying around Medworks that is taken very seriously; it simply goes like this: Make the Room Better. It’s an easy stretch to relate this to the operating room as their business revolves around surgery, but more broadly, it could refer to any room, anywhere, whether on the clock or not.
Issue: Medworks is much more than a supplier of endoscopic technologies. Internally, their culture focuses heavily on growth, readiness, integrity, and team. Externally, they offer much more than urology, gynecology, and general surgery products and services - they offer a person of expertise that reinforces all aspects of urology procedures. They needed to articulate how their business model differs from that of their competition and wanted to clearly show that they were the go-to resource for all things related to urological procedures.
Solution: The operating room is a sacred (and complicated) space. We needed to simplify the impact Medworks makes and arm sales representatives with tools to easily articulate their value. CMG worked directly with Medworks, through a partnership with Mondial, to create an animated video outlining their process and highlighting their culture.
