Sebastian Wicker is a Regulatory Compliance Specialist from Fredericksburg, Virginia. He is the Founder and CEO of LTF Consulting; providing project management, licensing, and compliance services to the legalizing cannabis industry. Coming from the Business Immigration sector, helping secure visas for highly qualified individuals with technical backgrounds, he entered in the space in 2018 as a freelance technical writer for competitive licensing applications. With a strong passion for pursuing emerging industries and helping break down barriers of entry, he launched LTF with co-founder and Director of Finance Griffin Williston. Today, LTF Consulting helps new and existing operators across the country. Making sure that they are flexible enough to adapt to evolving regulations, that their investments are safe from non-compliance, and that their community impacts are both ethical and meaningful.
