The Jenny Maraghy Team is a full-service Real Estate Team with Joyner Fine Properties. Jenny Maraghy started the team in 2014 with the goal of helping her clients receive the best service possible. Since then, Jenny has grown her team into a successful, full-service Real Estate business by hiring 5 full-time administrative staff members and 19 Real Estate Agents.
The Jenny Maraghy Team has begun conducting virtual appointments with clients. They quickly pivoted in the new environment to offer all appointments via video chat to help deliver their message effectively while also maintaining social distance. They felt that this helped their clients and agents stay as protected as possible while still finding or selling a home. When necessary, they are assisting with in-person showings of homes, while making sure to maintain a safe distance by following all required CDC guidelines.
The team has really been using their talents to maximize how they can safely assist clients. In regards to their recent marketing initiatives, they have filmed '3D' tours of listings for buyers to see the full home virtually. For listings, they have been sure to upload as many pictures as possible, and have been trying to provide hand sanitizer and protective equipment to help protect sellers and buyers inside homes. The whole team has rallied together and been able to stay safe while also still remaining in business to help clients find their dream home.
In their efforts to bring the community closer together, they have collected canned goods for FeedMore and the Chesterfield Food Bank. They also know how important it is to support healthcare workers, so they have teamed up with Bombolini Pasta and have given away pasta to about 40 healthcare workers so far. They are planning on doing this more going forward.
