Local Startup Creates A Socially Distanced Movie Watching Experience

Cinema Bros started in June of 2020 to provide the ultimate backyard movie experience. They specialize in providing and operating inflatable projection screens, projectors, speakers, and all A/V cabling needed to create a special event for their customers; be it a backyard movie, video game party, sports viewing party, drive-in movie, or corporate event. Because of the recent changes in guidelines for social gatherings, they are hoping their start-up will give people the option to entertain and feel safe doing it.

They offer customers the ability to entertain a large group of family and close friends during this time of social distancing. They are able to easily adapt and accommodate to each client's individual needs and can set up wherever the customer needs them to be. They expect to grow their number of bookings exponentially over the next 12 months. They have multiple packages ready to rent any night of the week!

Customer satisfaction is their main goal but Cinema Bros also prides itself on giving back to the community. They are always seeking community partnerships and collaborations and rely heavily on community support through word of mouth.

The founders have been two best friends since childhood and have a combined 22 years of live entertainment experience. Chris, one of the co-founders, comes from the music touring industry, specifically working on the video side of production and touring with artists such as Jason Aldean, Chris Young, and Tame Impala. The other co-founder, Brian, is 33 and has spent his career freelancing as a fiber technician for live television broadcasts at sporting events including Super Bowls, the US Open, and PGA Championship golf events. He has traveled as far as Saudi Arabia for work but grew up and lives in Hanover County, Virginia with his beautiful wife Tara, and their baby daughter Indie.
