Personal Trainer With Cystic Fibrosis Publishes Fitness Handbook

Jeremy Moore is an ACE certified personal trainer focused on helping people build muscle and lose weight. He was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at the age of 15, and has spent the last 18 years fighting it. He is continuously learning how to improve himself physically and become more healthy through fitness. He’s dedicated 10 years to building practical training programs that achieve impressive results for all kinds of body struggles. Jeremy just released a book chronicling all of the knowledge he’s obtained through his long process of trial and error, giving others, with or without cystic fibrosis, a leg up on how to do what he did in less time.

His book, Trail Map to Muscles: How to Defeat Genetics, Disease, and Build A Confident Body covers his journey from start to now. It is an in-depth guide on everything you need to know about weightlifting, cardio, and nutrition to improve your body, and live a longer, happier life.

Due to coronavirus, a lot of people have been trying to find innovative ways to either start working out or continue staying active at home. His book helps those who are stuck in their living space and limited with equipment.

A goal for Jeremy would be to do a book signing and answer questions. He wants to aid his community in their growing knowledge of fitness. If you have any questions or would like to reach out to Jeremy, email him at trailmaptomuscle@gmail.com or visit his website at www.trailmaptomuscle.com.
