Client Feature: The Byrd Group

The Byrd Group is a family-owned and operated leadership development, consulting, and coaching group who serve to inspire transformational change to assist individuals and businesses. The Byrd Group is run by David Byrd and his daughter Jenni Byrd Grier who joined the company in 2014. They offer a multitude of products along with workshops, speaking engagements, and coaching opportunities.

David and Jenni came to CMG when their company was still known as "David Byrd Consulting" looking to rebrand David Byrd Consulting, display the new direction they were headed, and showcase the evolution of their business. They wanted to show their commitment to their clients’ achievement and personal growth and nail down the company’s new purpose and mission.

 

CLIENT RESULTS:

Issue: The Byrd Group wanted to evolve David Byrd Consulting so that it reflected their deeper levels of leadership and organizational training systems, and their most recent additions in the fields of mindset. They wanted the rebrand to showcase their variety of services and products, while honing in on new messaging and values for the company. Their team wanted to modernize the look of their site, streamline their brand identity, and determine their value proposition for their target audiences.

Solution: CMG + The Byrd Group worked collaboratively to create a new logo and mission statement, streamline their brand identity and messaging, and create an updated custom site that highlighted their services. CMG provided content strategy, graphic design work, copy-editing, and worked as the liaison with their web developer to execute the project.
