Introducing CMG News Contributor, Patrick Sanderson

Patrick Sanderson is one of the owners and co-founders of Neumann + Dunn Real Estate and sole owner of the law firm, Lawyer’s Settlement Group, PLC. With over 25 years experience as a real estate broker and attorney, he assist sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants and investors in both the Richmond commercial and residential real estate markets. Prior to getting his real estate license, he practiced both residential and commercial real estate law for Shaheen & Shaheen, Williams Mullen and Kutak Rock, and continues to practice real estate law as a value add to his clients. With his extensive experience as both a realtor and lawyer, Patrick is able to assist his clients with an unmatched level of professional real estate representation, offering sound business and legal advice so they can make informed real estate decisions and maximize the return on their investments. He is uniquely qualified to offer a true “one-stop shop” for his clients’ real estate transaction by being their one point of contact to guide them through from start to finish, contract to closing, handling all the details in between. This provides clients with a more streamlined, efficient and hassle-free experience.

Patrick is a University of Richmond graduate for both undergrad and law school. He lives in the West End with his wife, Selena, and two girls, Kaitlyn and Kylee, and his black lab Marley. He is a Board member of both the Cameron K. Gallagher Foundation and the Richmond Strikers.
